This project, located in Cugnaux, features 30 collective housing units with a focus on innovative design. The interplay of volumes and "voids" softens the building's mass, creating a rhythm along the facades. This alternation of forms generates spacious and private areas, offering qualities more akin to townhouses than typical apartment complexes.
